Mulled Spiced Mead (Traditional for Winter Holidays)
Heat mead over low heat. Serve in a mug with a tiny pinch of cinnamon and a teeny-tiny pinch of ground nutmeg. (or spice
to taste.)
Peaches OMG
(dessert)
1 fresh peach per serving (local organic!)
1/2 scoop vanilla bean ice cream
3 oz Falcon Strawberry Mead
Slice peaches and place in serving bowl. Add ice cream.
Pour mead over entire dish. Serve.
The aromas and flavors of the mead and ice cream form a wonderful sauce to bring out the flavor of the peaches.
Cherry Mead Salmon
1-2 salmon filets
chopped garlic
chopped onion
olive oil
Falcon Cherry Mead
Lightly fry onion and garlic in olive oil for two minutes over medium heat. Add 4 oz Falcon Cherry Mead. Reduce 1-2 minutes.
Add filets. When sauce reduces, add another 4 oz cherry mead, pouring over salmon. Cover. When salmon is done, serve.
Goes well with a glass of cherry mead.
